1 1/2 pounds steak
4 tablespoons butter
10 ounces mushrooms
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 3/4 cup beef stock
2/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Djion mustard
12 ounce egg noddles
