1 large yellow bell pepper, chopped
8-10 green onions, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup mlk
1 can (15oz) can creamed corn
2 cups Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
1 refrigerated pie crust, brought to room temperature
