Layers of Berry Oreo cookies and a no bake berry cheesecake makes a delicious summer dessert.

1 ( 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened )
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 cups diced strawberries ( divided )
4 cups Cool Whip
32 Berry Oreos ( 1 package + 2 extra cookies )
1/4 cup milk
