This Sour Cream Coffee Cake is not only incredibly EASY to make, it’s absolutely delicious! A tender crumb cake with cinnamon pecan topping. You wont be able to stop at just one piece.

1/2 cup salted butter (1 stick)
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Topping:
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup granulated sugar
