If you're lookin' for a tasty adult beverage to celebrate your birthday, this is the one for you!

1 oz. Pinnacle Cake Vodka
1 tsp. dry vanilla cake mix
½ oz. Coffee Liquor
half & half to fill glass (I used a fat free version)

sprinkles and whipped cream, for garnish (optional)

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass or champagne flute. Top with whipped cream and colored sprinkles if your heart so desires.
