Black Bean Brownie Mug Cake

Did you know mug cakes can be fudgy? Oh, and healthy? There are several secret ingredients in this mug cake, but no one would ever guess!

½ cup black beans, cooked and rinsed
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
pinch of baking powder
2 tablespoons Enjoy Life chocolate chips
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons almond milk

1.Blend black beans in a food processor (I used my Ninja)
2.Add flour, cocoa powder, honey, almond milk, vanilla, and egg.
3.Blend again until smooth.
