Black Bean & Corn Salad

This is the BEST salad! You can take it anywhere and people will love it! It is fresh and bright. It tastes even better the next day so double it!

1 14 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups corn
1 avocado, chopped
1 small pepper, chopped
½ red onion, chopped
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
½ teaspoon Tabassco sauce
3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1½ teaspoon ground cumin
salt & pepper to taste
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups corn

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Let stand at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to combine.
