Ingredients
•1 lb. hamburger
•1 Cup Black Rice
•4 medium carrots-chopped
•1 onion diced
•Several peppers of your preferred heat, color and type
•2 cloves garlic minced
•1 14 oz. can tomato sauce
•1 14 oz. can Italian stewed tomatoes
•1 14 oz. can black beans
•1 14 oz. can dark red kidney beans
•2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
•3 Tablespoons beef bullion paste
•Fresh thyme and oregano sprigs as desired
•1 lb. hamburger
•1 Cup Black Rice

Instructions
1.Brown hamburger on medium-low heat in a large skillet
2.Prepare vegetables as instructed.
