1 Rotisserie Chicken ( I buy the Marketside Rotisserie Chicken meal at Walmart )
Spaghetti or Linguine noodles
2 TBSP Butter ( I use unsalted since parmesan can be a bit salty )
1 1/2 TBSP Flour
1 cup Parmesan ( plus more for garnish )
1 1/2 cups Milk
Fresh Basil
For the Blackening seasoning:
1/2 tsp Black Cracked Pepper
1 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/4 tsp Onion powder
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Spaghetti or Linguine noodles
