1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (1 teaspoon if using hotter than store bought cayenne pepper)
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
1 tablespoons dried thyme leaves (do not use fresh - it will burn)
