BLT's are one of my all time favorite sandwiches. I just love the taste of fresh tomatoes, crisp lettuce, and salty crunchy bacon. It's incredibly satisfying, yet doesn't weigh you down. I also love that there are many different variations for this simply classic sandwich, and that the compenents of this sandwich can be used in various other recipe to create a spin on this classic!

1 package refrigerated biscuits* (10 count)
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 Cup sour cream
1/2 Tsp fresh lemon juice
8 Slices bacon
1/4 Cup basil, roughly chopped plus additional for garnish
