The Mama Mary's pizza crust I bought for the Bacon & Spinach Breakfast Pizza came in a two-pack, so I had one more to make. Our favorite pizza from a local restaurant, Aubree's, is the BLT pizza so I decided to recreate it. It turned out really good. The Mr. liked it even better than the breakfast pizza. 14 oz pizza crust (I used a Mama Mary's)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
sprinkling of mild cheddar (really I was just using up the last of a bag, you can skip this)
12 strips of bacon, cooked & chopped into small pieces
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
tomatoes, chopped in small pieces
shredded lettuce
Ranch dressing (I used Hidden Valley)
garlic salt
olive oil
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
sprinkling of mild cheddar (really I was just using up the last of a bag, you can skip this)
12 strips of bacon, cooked & chopped into small pieces

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Lightly brush the pizza crust with olive oil then sprinkle with garlic salt.
Cook and chop your bacon, saving 2 pieces for topping.
