Blueberry twist on the classic Pound Cake!

1 TBSP Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed from half a lemon works great!)
1 1/2 tsp Lemon Extract
1 tsp Lemon Zest
1 cup blueberries
2 sticks butter
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups self rising flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
