A flavorful blueberry scone with a thick, lemon icing on top!

2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 pint (6oz) fresh blueberries
2 1/2 cups flour
3 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter, chilled and cut into pieces
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 pint (6oz) fresh blueberries
2 1/2 cups flour
3 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
