Boneless Chilli Chicken

A colorful chinese recipe that is really easy to make. Its a pure delight.

300gm boneless chicken
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon soya sauce

FOR BATTER:
1 egg
2 tablespoon corn flour
2 tablespoon regular flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce

FOR SAUCE:
1 onion (sliced)
4 green chillies (sliced)
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon soya sauce
2 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1-1/2 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon corn flour
1. Marinate the chicken with salt, black pepper and soya sauce for 15 minutes. 2. Now prepare batter, mix all the ingredients for the batter. 3. Now dip the chicken in batter and deep fry it. 4. For sauce, heat oil then add sliced onion to it saute it a little then add green chillies, sugar, ketchup, soya sauce, chilli sauce and water to it. Bring it to boil, now add corn flour paste to thicken the sauce. Chilli Chicken is ready serve it with garlic rice.
