Boozy Layered Shark Tank Jelly Shots

Every good Shark Week party isn\'t complete without some fin friendly drinking games and a round (or two!) of jelly shooters! These boozy shark tanks are sure to make a splash!

4 packages gelatin (unflavored)
3 cups juice or Kool-aid
1 cup vodka
Blue food coloring
Clear plastic pudding or shot cups
