Salad:
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, diced
1/4 tsp. basil
1 lb pasta of your choice
Dressing:
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
black pepper to taste

Dressing:

Cook pasta according to directions and drain, set aside in a large bowl.
