A creamy Italian-American dish with a helping of fresh veggies

12 oz. Bow Tie Pasta
15 oz. Prego Artisan Three Cheese Alfredo Sauce
8 oz. Sliced Mushrooms
1/2 pint Grape Tomatoes, halved
1/3 cup mozzarella cheeze, cubed (you can also use string cheese if you are on a budget)
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- Cook pasta al dente (about 10 minutes) - Strain pasta and set aside - Add Alfredo Sauce and mushrooms and cook covered on medium heat stirring frequently until mushrooms are fully cooked. - Stir in pasta - Add tomatoes, mozzarella, and Italian seasoning - Cover and cook on low for 5-10 minutes to allow cheese to melt - Serve with garlic bread and a salad
