I had this pasta dish at a restaurant in connecticut many, many years ago. Gosh, it was to die for, so much so that I wrote what I thought the recipe consisted of on napkin before I left so I wouldn't forget it. The flavors are so complex, yet the ingredient list is so small. I could literally eat a huge bowl of this, it is that addictive.
