6 pork steaks
6 tbsp. light soy sauce
2 tbsp. mirin sauce
1 tbsp. garlic and ginger paste
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
1 tbsp. of runny honey
2 tsp. Chinese five spice powder
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium onion sliced
