This morning I woke up wanting to try something new for breakfast. The regular breakfast (cereal, eggs & bacon) is getting a little old. I have never attempted crepes or even eaten them more than a few times in my life, so I thought it would be fun to try them out. To my surprise, they were easy & very tasty!

3/4 C milk
1/2 C water
1 C flour
3 T butter, melted
1/8 teaspoon salt
