2 apples, chopped
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/3 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Dressing:
3/4 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
