8 oz. Wheat Pasta Shells
3 C. broccoli florets
3/4 c. skim milk
1/4 c. juliened sun dried tomatoes
6 oz. laughing cow cheese (shredded jalapeno, montarey jack flavor)
2 c. shredded chicken
salt and pepper to taste

Cook pasta in boiling salted water. Add broccoli to pot 3 mins before pasta is cooked through. Drain well. Heat large skilled over med heat. Whisk in milk, tomatoes & cheese a handful at a time until smooth. About 1-2 mins. Season with salt and pepper. Add pasta & chicken and toss to combine.
