Broccoli Paratha

A stuff paratha with a filling of broccoli, potatoes and green peas inside. It is not just healthy but tasty too!

For the Filling
1 broccoli
2 boiled potatoes
1 cup boiled green peas
1 onion
3-4 green chillies
4-5 garlic cloves
Half inch ginger
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp dhania jeera powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp sev
Salt
For the paratha dough
2 cups wheat flour
2 tbsp oats flour
2 tbsp flax seed powder
1 tbsp chilly powder
Salt and water as required
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp Ghee to make the paratha.

To make the dough
I use this food processor. I love it. The dough becomes very soft and it is super easy to knead. Add the flour, salt, oats flour, flax seed powder and chilly powder.
