Broccoli slaw chicken stir fry comes together in a snap and is a great way to use up leftover slaw mix. You\\\'ll love the crunchy vegetables and peanut sauce!

1 chicken breast, thinly sliced
3 heaping cups broccoli slaw mix (I prefer the variety that includes carrots and red cabbage)
1 cup frozen peas
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 heaping cups broccoli slaw mix (I prefer the variety that includes carrots and red cabbage)
1 cup frozen peas
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
