Brown Butter Gingerbread Cookies

Brown butter makes everything better and these gingerbread cookies are no exception. Gingerbread is a treat usually reserved for Christmas time but these cookies are so good you'll find yourself craving them all year long. Enjoy!
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup butter, browned and then cooled until solidified
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup molasses (I prefer full flavor)
2 drops doTERRA ginger essential oil (or 1 tsp. powdered ginger)
1 drop doTERRA cassia essential oil (or 1 tsp. powdered cinnamon)
1 drop doTERRA clove essential oil (or 1/2 tsp. powdered cloves)
1/3 cup sugar (to roll dough in)
