Brownies with sour cream

Black 70% chocolate 200 g
butter 150g
sugar 180 g
100 g flour
pinch of salt
3 eggs
soda and lemon juice
Cream:
rustic sour cream 250g
50g sugar
Melt chocolate with butter. Add sugar, flour, baking soda and lemon juice. When the mixture has cooled slightly, add eggs. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 C. While brownies baked, whisk the sour cream with sugar. It is better to do it with a stationary mixer, because it will take a lot of time until it gets thick. When the brownies are cooled down, spread cream on the top. Bon Appetite!
