I have had this recipe from Recipe Diaries saved on my Pinterest forever and finally got around to making it. It was SO easy! It is also a Weight Watchers recipe, so that is even better (and my husband totally couldn't tell)!

1 pound ground turkey
1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 can reduced fat refrigerator biscuits
