1 cup buckwheat- soaked, drained and dried
1/2 to 1 cup dates -pitted- I used Medjool dates
One tablespoon coconut sugar or pure maple syrup - optional
1/2 to 1 cup dates -pitted- I used Medjool dates
One tablespoon coconut sugar or pure maple syrup - optional
Blend all ingredients together until it comes together in a ball.
Roll into balls.
For a prettier ball- roll in finely shredded unsweetened coconut.
