The BEST breadstick recipe that will be sure to replace any breadstick recipe in your file. I'm always asked for this recipe and it creates oooohs and aaaahs when people try them for the first time!

1 1/2 cup warm water
1 T yeast
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup honey
3 1/2 cup flour
1 cute butter

Preheat oven to 400. Put butter in a 9 x 13 pan and melt in microwave or in preheating oven. Reserve 2 T of butter to apply after baking is done. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Put in mixing bowl. Add salt, honey, and flour. Use bread hook to mix ingredients. Dough should pull away from the edges within about 15-20 seconds. If it doesn't add a little flour until dough pulls away from edges. Do not overmix or dough will be stiff and bread will be tough. The whole mixing time should be about 30 seconds. Shape into breadsticks and twist before placing them in the pan. Allow to rise for 15 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes. With a pastry brush spread reserved melted butter on top of breadsticks. ENJOY!
