A luscious and moist coffee cake studded with cappuccino chips, perfect with a hot cup of java!

For the Coffee Cake:
1 stick softened unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups whole wheat pastry flour (I used King Arthur Flour)
1 cup fat free plain yogurt (I used Stonyfield)
For the Cappuccino Walnut Topping:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 stick unsalted butter, cold, cut into cubes
3/4 cup cappuccino chips (can be substituted with chocolate chips)
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
