6 slices whole wheat bread ( I used Harper's Homemade )
2 cloves garlic ( peeled )
12 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese ( sliced 1/4 inch thick )
1/3 cup fresh basil leaves
1 cup cherry tomatoes ( halved )
3 Tablespoons olive oil
3 Tablespoons balsamic glaze
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic ( peeled )
12 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese ( sliced 1/4 inch thick )
1/3 cup fresh basil leaves
1 cup cherry tomatoes ( halved )
3 Tablespoons olive oil
3 Tablespoons balsamic glaze
Salt and pepper to taste
Toast bread slices and rub one side of each slice of bread with garlic.
Place a 1-2 pieces of mozzarella cheese on each piece of toast, then top with some tomatoes and 1-2 basil leaves.
