One of my favorite recipes ever! A delicious combination of chocolate, caramel and a buttery crust!

CRUST
2 sticks butter (softened to room temperature)
1/2 cup white sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
CARAMEL LAYER
2 sticks butter
3/4 cup white sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 Tbsp. light corn syrup
CHOCOLATE LAYER
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
