Cheesecake ice cream loaded with toffee bits, mini chocolate chips and caramel.

1 1/4 cups heavy cream
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup half and half
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup toffee bits
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup caramel sauce
