A lot of people shy away from making cabbage because it can be a tad intimidating- and let's face it- cabbage isn't the hottest vegetable you can think of. But there is no reason to skip this nutrient packed powerhouse! You can have a delicious, easy to make and serve side dish in no time with this fabulous recipe. With the help of some caramelization you can take away the bitterness cabbage sometimes has. This will become one of your favorite new ways to prepare cabbage!

1 1/2 tbsp butter
1 head of cabbage

Rough dice the onion, and sautee in pan with butter on medium heat.
