Carrot Cake Cookies are soft and chewy, flavorful carrot cake cookies made with a cake mix! Topped with a creamy cheesecake frosting, these carrot cake cookies are perfect for Easter!

1 box carrot cake mix (15.25 oz)
2 eggs
1/3 cup softened butter
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Cream Cheese Frosting:
1/4 cup softened butter
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1-2 tablespoons milk
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
