1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1 cup of milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup of grated carrot
1/3 cup raisins (if using)
1/3 cup chopped pecans (if using)
cream cheese filing -
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp powdered sugar
