3/4 cups carrot ( grated from 1 1/2 large carrots )
teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon coconut oil ( melted or solid )
GLAZE:
1/8 cup coconut oil
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
