the best of both worlds, challah meets cinnamon and sugar in a delicious breakfast roll

for the challah -
1 envelope active dry yeast - I use Red Star Platinum
1/4 cup honey
4 Tbsp butter, melted
3/4 cup warm milk
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups flour
for the filling -
4 Tbsp butter, very soft but not melted
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cinnamon
for the glaze -
2 cups of confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp melted butter
2 - 3 tablespoons of heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
