Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Amchur powder (dry mango powder) – ½ tsp
Hing – a generous pinch
Salt – as needed
Coriander leaves – to garnish
To grind:
Big onion – 1 no
Tomatoes – 2 nos
Ginger – ½ inch
Garlic flakes – 4 nos.
Green chili – 1 no
To season:
Oil – 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Bay leaf – 1 no
Cinnamon – ½ inch piece
Cloves – 2 nos
Cardamom – 2 nos
Pepper corns – 4 nos.
