2 Pounds of Ground Beef (I only used 1 pound and made 9 sandwiches)
Onion, salt, pepper (I sprinkled onion salt since my daughter doesn’t like onions)
Kings Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls (or slider buns)
Ketchup, Mustard, Pickles
American Cheese or whatever cheese you fancy
(I only had shredded cheddar cheese on hand but I’m thinking next time I will use Blue Cheese!)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl, combine beef, onion, and salt.
Gently press mixture into a 9-by-13-inch pan
(I used a 9 x 9 pan) so that it makes one large patty of even thickness.
