Cheesecake Brownies Recipe

Scrumptiously rich and fudgy brownies topped with a creamy cheesecake layer with a brownie swirl. A perfect cheesecake brownie combination!

For the Brownies
1/2 cup (60g) plain/all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/2 cups (170g) unsalted butter
1 and 1/2 cups (300g) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (50g) cocoa powder
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Cheesecake
3 + 180g tub full fat cream cheese
1/2 cup (100g) caster/granulated sugar
1 large egg, room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup (30g) plain/all-purpose flour
