I love to try new experiences in the kitchen. Today I turned a classic cheesecake into a jar dessert, fresh and creamy.

- 200 g frozen forest fruits;
- 3 tablespoons white sugar;
- 1-liter water;
- 2 tablespoons of salt;
- 1 bowl of ice cubes;
- 200 ml cold vegetable oil;
- 10 g powdered gelatine;
- 200 g whole wheat crackers, ground;
- 50 g butter, melted;
- 250 g cream cheese;
- 2 tablespoons of honey;
