Cheesy Breakfast Dish

This is a super easy and super delicious breakfast dish. You can vary the ingredients to your liking and it serves plenty of people. Chock full of wonderful flavors; sausage, onion and warm melted cheese, this a nice hearty way to start out the day. Those times when you like to have breakfast for dinner, as my family does, this is perfect for that too!! I have also added broccoli to this recipe and it was delicious!

2 cans of crescent rolls
12 eggs, beaten
1 cup frozen hash browns
16 thawed breakfast sausage links cut into bite sized pieces
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup fresh minced onion
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons Canola oil for sauteing
Pan spray
Add additional vegetables if desired. I have made it with broccoli and it was also delicious. Don't like mushrooms? Just omit them. Super easy to vary this recipe!
