8.8 oz (250 g) chicken breast
1 tomato (peeled)
2 red bell peppers chopped
1 onion (purple) chopped
3.5 oz (100 g) mushrooms sliced
2.6 oz (75 g) raw cashews
1.8 oz (50 g) Gorgonzola
1.8 oz (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1.3 oz (40 ml) black beans soy sauce
8.8 oz (250 g) chicken breast
