Easy and delicious hash brown bites with cheese and bacon.

1 egg
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup colby jack cheese
3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon
20 ounces frozen hash browns

1. Preheat the oven to 425ยบ F. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.

2. In a large bowl mix together the egg and sour cream.
