This one-dish wonder tastes just as good as any baked lasagna but only takes 20 minutes to prepare!

1 1/2 tablespoons oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 (14.5 oz) cans Italian diced tomatoes, drained
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 tsp basil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
About 6 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into pieces and cooked
2 tablespoons parsley (dried or fresh)
