1/3 cup Chicken, Black Bean and Corn Nacho Meat
1 8" tortilla
1/4 c. Green Chili Enchilada Sauce
1/2 oz cheese
2 T Greek Yogurt
1 8" tortilla
1/4 c. Green Chili Enchilada Sauce
1/2 oz cheese
2 T Greek Yogurt
Place the Nacho meat on the tortilla and roll up.
Top with Green Chili Enchilada sauce and cheese. Heat in the microwave until hot.
Top with Greek Yogurt
Serve with Jicama Salsa and/or Easy semi-Fresh Salsa.
