Chicken and Rice Supreme

One of my favorite weeknight casseroles. freezes well so I usually have one of these on hand.

3 cups cooked chicken cubed
1 package long grain & wild rice cooked to package directions
1 can cream of celery soup
1 medium jar of chopped pimentos
1 can water chestnuts chopped
1 medium onion chopped
2 cans French style green beans drained
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup butter
1 package long grain & wild rice cooked to package directions
1 can cream of celery soup
1 medium jar of chopped pimentos
1 can water chestnuts chopped
1 medium onion chopped
2 cans French style green beans drained
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup butter
melt the butter and mix in the Panko bread crumbs set aside. In large mixing bowl combine the soup and mayonnaise, add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. place in greased 9x 13 baking dish and top with the bread crumb mixture. bake at 350 40 minutes until heated through
