Homemade Caesar Dressing Ingredients:
½ c. sugar-free mayonnaise
½ c. Greek yogurt
½ T. fresh lemon juice
1-2 pieces large garlic cloves ( minced )
1 t. Dijon Mustard
1½ t. Anchovy Paste
to taste sea salt ( taste before adding additional salt because the Anchovy Paste is naturally briny )
to taste black pepper
¼ c. Parmesan Cheese ( freshly grated )
¼ c. light olive oil
Remaining Ingredients:
1 lb. chicken breast ( boneless and skinless )
2 t. Italian seasoning
½ t. garlic powder
to taste sea salt
to taste black pepper
1 piece large crisp head of Romaine lettuce ( cleaned, chopped, and dried completely )
½ c. shaved Parmesan cheese ( add more for serving )
